IT'S A GIRL!!!
We couldn't wait any longer. I saw an ad for 4D Peek and they can tell gender at 15 weeks. My doc was not planning on telling us until 21 weeks, so we made the appointment for Wednesday April Fools Day (I was 16 weeks at that point). It was really neat, she projected the image on the wall and our little girl was so cute, a little alien like but still very cute! Her heartrate was 148 and she kept putting her hands in her face. She wasn't very shy about showing herself to us, we knew she was a girl within moments of starting the ultrasound. Roy and I had a feeling she was a girl even though all I have ever imagined myself having was boys. So, the planning begins!!!! Time to go shopping and start decorating!

I hate to say this, and I don't want you to be disappointed, but I am just now reading your blog. It's just been rather busy around here. I had all my hardwood floors refinished and for about 2 1/2 weeks I had 3 bedrooms and an office of furniture in my den and dining room. It's just about back to normal, but with Easter last week (and I did the egg hunt and games at Granny's) I've been chasing my tail.
ReplyDeleteI love your blogs---especially the last one. You need to print all of them and put them in her baby book, so someday your baby girl will read how excited you were before she entered the world.
So you're feeling better? So your due date is Sept.17th---close to a couple of Aunt's BDs!!! Think you'll hit one of those?
I'd like to see a picture of you and your baby bump!!!!
